When having dermal fillers, effects of the treatment are seen straight away but it can take up to 14 days to see the full effect.
The effects of the dermal filler last between 6 and 12 months, this will vary from person to person.
Lips is less than in other areas dues to the high vascularisation and action of the lip area.
Clients are advised to book a follow up appointment 2-3 weeks after if you would like your treatment reviewed. This can help to optimise the results and maximise the duration.
People who are advised not to dermal fillers treatment, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, are on certain medication beta-blockers, cimetidine. we would advise against undergoing this treatment.
After having dermal fillers, the first 12 hours after treatment. We advise that you avoid make up, alcohol consumption, and facials,.
avoid UV light, freezing temperatures and saunas for the next 2 weeks
It is important to avoid touching the area injected unless advised by your Nurse practitioner
